This screen shows attendance records in rows and columns like a spreadsheet in a grid style view. Click in the top row of the grid to add New Attendance records in the Grid.  Drop Down boxes let you quickly select the Class Name and Member Name.  Enter the Attendance Date manually or using the pop up calendar.  Select Yes or No in the present field - column.  You can use the New button on the tool bar to open the Attendance Detail View screen, and double click a row to open the Attendance Detail View to edit attendance records in full record view.

As with other grids, you can easily sort on any column heading, filter the grid, and drag and drop to rearrange the columns.
